The apartment was fairly clean and had location close enough to a walk along the sea front, other shops, and surrounding areas. The staff were excellent in all circumstances, I really enjoyed them all. The breakfast I ordered was well priced, with a lot of choices. The place was at the end of the road, peaceful spot. Plus it was located close to train station. Everything here was very good; would stay here again.

Got perfect and immaculate rooms with tv. Location was brilliant, just next door to the beach, restaurant and sea front. Also, it was based very close to the seaside.

on the whole, it’s brilliant place for having fun and exploring southend-on-sea. brilliant, stunning setting short walk to the train station and the beach and the local shop which was great to buy a basic stuff.

I had a very lovely 3 nights stay in Southend-on-Sea. It was located in a fairly quiet area near beach and fun fair and town, the garden, the restaurants and bars, Staff was affable and excellent. Really enjoyed the room and facilities, like a microwave oven, a fridge and a dining area.

Nice sized bedroom, such great stay with late check-out. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, slept good. The kitchen had a microwave oven and a toaster etc to cook a meal.

I loved this apartment, especially pretty friendly staff. Ali was the best host ever. Perfect location, the area in general was calm really close to the sea, the beach and local shop.

The apartment was beautiful and reasonably clean, the team was accommodating. We loved the host. Rooms where always non-smoking and huge on the spare bed in the living room. Overall very good stay

Decent apartment, everything was spotless. Superbly friendly staff, contactable if needed. I needed extra bed asap and that was provided. The beds here were really lovely. The bathroom was fairly clean. I truly enjoyed the breakfast, it was well priced.

Staff was pleasant enough, and I greatly enjoyed the host. Beds were dirty, yet it was truly a very very good stay. I was right by the doors thanks to its super great location. Reasonably priced breakfasts. Overall the service was excellent. Decent prices were a pleasant surprise.
Wi-fi was bad. Tbh, the room was awful.
